I. Product standard:
The instrument is designed and made as per the national standard of People's Republic of China GB/T510 Test Method for Solidifying Point of Petroleum Products, GB/T3535 Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Products, GB/T6986 Test Method for Cloud Point of Petroleum Products, as well as the industrial standard of People's Republic of China SH/T0248 Test Methods for Cold Filter Plugging Point of Distillate Fuels. It is suitable to determine solidifying point, pour point, cloud point and cold filter plugging point of petroleum products.
II. Main technical specifications and parameters
1. Power supply: AC 220 V±10%, 50 Hz;
2. Controlling temperature of cold bath:
(1) Cold bath I: 0 ℃, ±0.5 ℃, Temperatures in two baths are equal.
(2) Cold bath II: 0 ℃, -17 ℃, ±0.5 ℃, Temperatures in two baths are equal.
(3) Cold bath III: -17 ℃, -34 ℃, ±0.5 ℃, Temperatures in two baths are equal.
(4) Cold bath IV: room temperature~-70 ℃, ±0.5 ℃, Temperatures in two baths are equal.
3. Refrigeration system: a new type refrigeration compressor.
4. Ambient temperature: ≤30 ℃
